Benefits administration and employee services are provided to OUS Chancellor’s Office employees by the Oregon State University (OSU) benefits office.  An OSU Benefits Consultant is assigned to assist Chancellor’s Office employees with health benefits, pension and retirement savings programs, Staff Fee Privilege program, FMLA/OFLA leave and Workers’ Compensation.

OUS offers a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life and retirement/savings coverage. Benefit plans vary depending on your employee classification and whether you are part-time or full-time.
